Looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician with the following skills / requirements.
Brief Job Description:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC units.
Troubleshooting, Diagnosing breakdown causes, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and reassemble parts, and repair equipment and associated components as needed.
Detail work with proper description / details and photographs.
Professionally explain the issues and remedies to home owners or tenants.
Requirements for this position:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have EPA certification
HVAC Service experience
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
Must be able to work independently
Valid driver's license
Clean Background
Must be able to work some weekends
Pay based on experience. 30+ hours per week.
