Job Title: Associate Project Supervisor (Independent Contractor – 1099)

We are currently seeking a reliable and self-directed Associate Project Supervisor to support field operations across several active projects near Placida, Florida.
Position Summary:
This independent contractor role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented construction professional who thrives in the field, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple trades and jobsite responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Use Procore daily for documentation, communication, daily logs, and photo uploads
Coordinate with ESG engineers, administrative staff, project coordinators, and executives
Manage deliveries, roll-offs, and onsite logistics
Plan and order materials to meet project demands
Create and update project schedules
Submit change orders and gather field estimates
Monitor jobsite progress and document any delays
Lead and record weekly jobsite safety meetings
Submit a 3-week materials lookahead each Friday
Attend and prepare for weekly client meetings
Communicate consistently with the CEO and Project Manager
Submit biweekly invoices that clearly indicate the percentage of time spent on each assigned project
Follow procedures and expectations outlined in the ESG Project Manual
Qualifications:
Experience in field supervision, project coordination, or related construction role
Proficiency in Procore or comparable project management software
Strong time management, leadership, and communication skills
Able to manage and prioritize responsibilities across multiple job sites
Must supply your own tools, phone, tablet, computer, and any additional equipment needed to perform duties
Must provide and maintain general liability insurance
Must have Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance or a valid exemption certificate
Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience)
This is a 1099 independent contractor role; subcontractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business-related expenses
