Must have a valid drivers license. As for language If your not fluent in English then will put you with a bilingual employee to help with English. If you are not fluent in English then I will recommend at-least 3-4 years experience in the electrical trade as my guy now that is bilingual will need a guy experienced in the trade to help him.
