Our LOCAL company is looking for reliable subcontractors to perform work on our projects. We are looking for long term relationships where we can build both ours and your business together.

1 - Valid FL company listed on Sunbiz with valid EIN
2 - Workers compensation policy or WC exemption
3 - General liability policy (minimum $1 million in coverage)
We are looking for the following trades: Carpentry (finish and rough), Drywall (hang, tape and texture), Paint. We do not mind one person companies, but having more than one employee can be very valuable as we do prefer to give entire scopes of work versus piece work. We provide the price of the project up front and pay a 50/50 payment schedule via direct deposit weekly.
