Crew Foreman:
Experience managing a crew of 4-6, specializing in Sewer Mains, H20 Mains, Structures, Lifts, Manholes, and Drainage.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew, ensuring all company employees are adhering to company safety policies and guidelines.
Must be able to communicate, train, and delegate to your crew.
Tracking of daily log sheets, time sheets, and other job-related paperwork.
Communicate with onsite general contractors, inspectors, superintendents, and project managers.
Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use.
Manage, supervise, and coordinate onsite work crew.
Operate construction equipment as required.
Have the ability to follow through on verbal and written instructions effectively.
Motivated to solve problems and seek opportunities to improve operations independently.
Must be able to communicate with company and inspection staff in a professional manner.
Must-Have Clean Driver's License.
Salary depends on work experience - to be discussed at interview.
