We are looking for a team to install click n lock vinyl plank flooring for our apartment project. It's (32) units and the (16) 2-bedroom units are 1000 SF and the (16) 3-bedroom units are 1167 SF. We will be ready to start installing flooring starting 3/1/25. We are offering $1.65/SF for install and we are providing all materials (flooring and sub mat for upper level).
