Someone who actually cares about the work they do
Strong diagnostic ability or the desire to learn and level up
Experience with European makes (VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes) = huge plus
Clean, organized, and accountable (this is a professional shop, not a tool yard)
Doesn’t vanish every 10 minutes for a vape-cloud meditation break
