Small Renovation company looking for a well rounded tradesman to help with our remodel projects. Must have a minimum of basic carpentry, framing, and drywall skills. Applicant must be drug free and pass a criminal background check. Also must have valid drivers license. Applicant must provide all of their own tools and transportation. Must have a strong work ethic, and a solid background in construction. Only Resumes will be responded to. Pay rates will vary on experience. $24 to $30/hour for highly skilled and experienced people. This applicant will be doing misc. punchout on large projects when needed, to demolition, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and painting on smaller projects. We DO NOT provide health insurance, but we do contribute to a retirement account if the applicant chooses to start one with us.
