Pay and Bonuses:
-Starting at $20.00 per hour minimum: negotiable based on wheel loader experience (experience using a front end loader to transport, haul, and load materials (preferred), other experience could include excavators, dozers, and ag-farming related equipment operation.
-Weekly direct deposit pay: $1,100-1,400 weekly depending upon chosen hours. Overtime available weekly if desired.
-Flexible half-day Saturday hours, rotational schedule: $50 bonus for running on Saturday plus overtime
-Monthly performance bonus: ranging from $0-800 bonus per month, based on total production per month at facility.
-Annual safety bonus for all operators who remain accident/incident free: $2,000 bonus annually
-Attendance bonus can be paid out or used for 14 days off per year: $1,750 bonus annually
-Paid holidays $600 total, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July
-Over $12,000+ in annual bonuses available in addition to hourly and overtime pay.

Key Responsibilities:
Operation & Handling:
Operate wheeled loaders to load and transport materials such as soil, compost, biosolids, or other bulk materials.
Maneuver equipment safely in tight or confined spaces, adhering to proper loading and unloading procedures.
Inspection & Maintenance:
Perform daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections, ensuring proper functioning of all systems.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor and assist in minor repairs as required.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company, site-specific, and OSHA safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and participate in safety briefings.
Material Management:
Maintain accurate logs of materials handled and assist with inventory counts as needed.
Ensure the proper organization and placement of materials to support efficient workflows.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other equipment operators, truck drivers, and site supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
-Using newer 2022-2024 Hyundai 960, 970 wheel loaders.
-Working on long term (9+ years) City and County government contracts.
-Environmental services work related to recycling, water quality, and agriculture.
-100% local area. No overnights. Predictable schedule, all work between 4PM-2AM M-F, 1/2 day Saturdays at times. Can work 8, 9, 10 hours per day as desired. Overtime paid after 40 hours per week. 40-55+ hours per week available.
