Reporting directly to the New Construction (NC) Manager. Responsible for delivering hvac equipment daily with new construction hvac technicians. Dropping off and picking up paperwork, parts and garbage. Keeping our technicians taking care of our customers in the field. Hours: Monday - Friday. 8am-5pm. Overtime is common during the high season (summer).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
⢠Responsible for safely driving 28 foot truck, No CDL required.
⢠Visit each assigned new construction technician daily to:
1. Pick up and/or deliver paperwork and in certain cases time sheets
2. Drop off stock and supply parts, including chemicals for their trucks
3. Drop off customer specific parts
4. Pick up defective parts, warranty party parts and return them to the warehouse or supply house for
processing
5. Assist technicians whenever needed to carry, move or hold items so everybody works safely
⢠Pick up/drop off parts and equipment at vendor warehouses
⢠Pick up and/or deliver oversized ladder, support rods, dye kits, lifts, specialty tools or anything else that may be needed to Technicians
⢠Pick up miscellaneous items at Home Depot, other retail stores or supply houses
⢠Deliver patrol checks and cash reimbursements to service technicians
⢠Drop off mail, FEDEX and UPS packages daily
⢠Properly dispose of no longer needed warranty parts and non-warranty parts
⢠Driving â Must possess a valid Florida driverâs license
⢠Provide a positive attitude at all times.
⢠Be neatly groomed and fully dressed only in a clean company approved uniform.
⢠Always use the proper safety clothing, tools and precautions before beginning any work.
⢠Other duties as assigned.
