About the Role:
Invictus Immigration Service is seeking a reliable and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our in-person team. You will assist Spanish-speaking clients through their immigration process, providing clear, professional, and supportive guidance every step of the way.
This position is perfect for someone who communicates well in both English and Spanish, is highly organized, and is committed to excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and return client calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Provide clear explanations of immigration procedures and next steps
Translate or assist with Spanish-language documentation as needed
Maintain accurate client records and update status reports
Assist with appointment scheduling and case follow-ups
Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and care
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using phone, email, and basic office software
Detail-oriented and dependable
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Must be able to work on-site, Monday through Friday
