Quiet, family oriented, small physical therapy office on 39th Ave is looking for an experienced bookkeeper with the ability to work in office every other week and majority of work can be done remotely.
This is a part time position for an experienced Bookkeeper with extensive experience with Quick Books Online, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Reconciliation (Bank, Credit Cards)
Key responsibilities:
Accounts Payable: process and record vendor invoices, manage payment of invoices and ensure timely disbursement
Payroll Management: process payroll for employees using a third party payroll systems, ensure compliance with all federal, state and local payroll regulations, maintain payroll records and reports
General Accounting: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly, prepare financial reports as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
Experience with QuickBooks online and Payroll system
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
