I'm looking for a working partner to join me in opening a new kickboxing gym hopefully within walking distance to university of Florida. You owe nothing for the equipment you see in the pic.
If you don't have a fitness background, that's ok, I can teach you how to teach the classes, it not rocket science!
As a partner you secure a location that you feel will be successful. You will receive the larger percentage(65%) of the profit every month for being the manager/working partner. I will finance the capital equipment(MMA floor, bags, frame and lights) that you see in the picture. This will be set up more like a franchise but you don't have to pay those ridiculous franchise fees. Ever watch shark tank? This is very similar. I'm the shark but you use my concept instead of yours which I have already successfully proven in my gym in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
