QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
EI Certification or ability to obtain EI Certification within 12 months
Leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with AutoCAD 2D drafting.

FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROJECT MANAGER
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from commencement to completion.
Review and understand project documents such as contracts, specifications, and plans.
Prepare submittal packages for projects including design and drafting of shop drawings.
Develop and review project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to company and client expectations.
Travel to and from jobsites regularly.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients in our industry.
Provide technical resources and support to clients in project development.
ADITIONAL INFORMATION
Applicant must be team-oriented and be able to work autonomously.
A Project Manager is required to travel regularly to their assigned projects. Travel will also be necessary to assist in other projects and to attend meetings or events.
This position requires a hands-on field training period designed to familiarize and prepare the Project Manager with the knowledge and construction of prestressed concrete tanks.
Extended and non-traditional work hours are to be expected periodically in the Project Manager’s responsibilities for a project.
A Project Manager is expected to obtain their PE as soon as eligible.
