Providing Tier 1 IT support functions, including set up of new users, email assistance, unlocking users, and general desktop support. Processes NARs and performs user account provisioning. Audits Active Directory and user accounts. Performs stale account audits. Communicates with supervisors regarding staff access and logins. Communicates with HR and the Office of Information Technology to grant, remove, and modify user accounts. Assists with web manager duties and work within the state approved content management system. Assists with documentation, planning and organizing meetings, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording and typing meeting minutes, clerical duties, distributing documents. This is a specialized data processing position supporting 11 County Health Departments. This position is intended to assist the IT Director in supporting the NCF IT Consortium and the rest of the NCF IT consortium team. This position requires independent decision making, creative problem solving, and strong attention to detail. Completes special projects and other administrative support as assigned by the IT Director. Assist in the preparation of and provides training for the proper use of computer equipment and assist in system documentation and distribution as directed by IT Director. Responsible for securing the designated information set for the purposes of protecting confidentiality, data integrity and appropriate access for all information both confidential and public record which is stored in hard copy or electronic format. As an Information Custodian, develops, maintains and ensures adherence to Department of Health and ACHD security policies, protocols, and procedures. Delegates, as necessary, authority to assist with information custodian duties and other duties and responsibilities as outlined in Department of Health Protocol – Security 3.V. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of administrative office support functions. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organization skills. Intermediate computer skills, including typing, answering emails, data entry, and navigating the internet. Ability to record and document meeting minutes.
