We are seeking outgoing candidates with positive energy to join our Front Desk team. Morning, day, and night shifts. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and understand that great customer service is an essential part of our resort’s operation. Basic computer and math skills are required. Previous experience in the RV Parks, Resorts, Hotel or customer service industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the resort using the reservation system
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems are a plus
