Job Description: The Bilingual HR Assistant will provide essential support to the Human Resources department and act as a liaison between the company and its French or Creole-speaking employees. This role involves handling various HR administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth communication within a multilingual environment.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
-provide bilingual support for candidates and new hires.
- Help with new employee onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in French or Creole and English, both written and spoken, is required.
-High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
-Previous experience in an administrative or HR role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
