Job Duties:
Complete routine lubrication, inspection, and service of our diesel vehicles and equipment:
JD 5055E Tractors
JD 900hc Tractor
Hino Box Truck w/ Thermoking Unit
Isuzu Box Truck w/ Thermoking Unit
Jeep Liberty
F250 7.3L Pickup
Complete routine lubrication, inspection, and service of our gasoline vehicles and equipment:
Ford Rangers
E350 Van
Change tires and other components of the vehicles’
Maintain Kifco/Amadas Irrigation Reels
Service Small Engines (Honda booster pumps, generators, Kawasaki motor on Skag mower, Stihl trimmers)
Maintain the tool area organized and in good working order
Maintain the tool Inventory spreadsheets to track the loss/purchase of tools
Maintain complete documentation of services and intervals so that all preventative maintenance is performed on time
Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check.
At least 2 years diesel mechanic experience
Able to work at least 20 hours per week
Self-motivated, ability to work both with and without direct supervision
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff and customers: in person, on the phone, and in writing
Team player, can-do attitude, and able to handle changes and solve problems with grace
Healthy lifestyle, no substance abuse, non-smoker (no tobacco use allowed on site)
Ability to be present at work consistently, on time, to start each day.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Submit Time Card and Daily Log data each day before the end of work
