We are hiring for full time availability on our diversified organic vegetable farm.

Requirements:
Value a healthy lifestyle and enjoy eating vegetables
Positive attitude and take pride in doing quality work
Be able to do stoop labor (harvesting or planting from ground level)
Physically able to lift up to 50lbs at a time to chest level safely, efficiently perform repetitive tasks, and work outside in inclement weather (rain/wind/heat/cold).
Work in a Bilingual English/Spanish environment and demonstrate respect for people of different cultures.
Arrive reliably to work on-time, as scheduled. Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
Able to keep up with other team members in terms of productivity
Able to work all day in a tobacco-free workplace, no tobacco products are allowed to be consumed on-site.
Healthy lifestyle - no hangovers
Follow safe food handling training and adhere to health standards for attending work and preventing the spread of communicable diseases
Willing to submit a background check (we can discuss particulars if you have a record, having a record does not automatically disqualify you)
Ability to use a smart phone and/or computer to log daily work and keep records electronically using google forms/google sheets
Benefits include a team lunch once a week, free veggies to take home plus $50 worth of extra groceries from our farm with each pay period.
Schedule Options
A) Mornings - Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
B) Farm Life - 4 days per week between Monday-Saturday, 7:00 am to completion of goals.
(end of day may be at sunset or after dark, minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed)
