Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities include cleaning trash cans, recycling bins, and performing surface cleaning for driveways, sidewalks, and curbs using a pressure washer.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize trash cans and recycling bins using high-powered cleaning equipment.
Perform surface cleaning for driveways, sidewalks, and curbs.
Apply biodegradable deodorizer and ensure proper sanitization.
Inspect bins and surfaces for cleanliness and quality assurance.
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to operate a pressure washer and other cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent customer service skills.
