We are currently hiring reliable and skilled Maintenance and Grounds personnel for several apartment communities in Gainesville! If you have experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or general groundskeeping, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair)
Maintain grounds, landscaping, and common areas
Assist with work orders and apartment turnovers
Ensure safety and cleanliness across the property
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field
Basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and work ethic
