Job Description and Responsibilities:
A house cleaner will be responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will be available for a part time work on the weekends, communicate well with management, and complete jobs in an efficient and timely manner. The candidate must also be coachable and open to constructive criticism. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by IHS, but each cleaner can use his own supplies if preferable.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail and initiative.
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be available between 10am-4pm, no exceptions.
- Must have a vehicle or access to one on demand.
Compensation:
- Pay starts at a minimum of $40 per clean, but can be up to $100/clean for larger jobs.
- Bonuses offered after quality and efficient work is proven
