Small landscaping/tree business based out of Williston is looking for a laborer crew lead.
Responsiblitys:
-Training and mentoring team members in landscaping techniques.
-Monitoring performance and ensuring productivity
-Overseeing installation of plants, trees, sod, irrigation systems, patios, walkways, and other landscaping elements
-Managing tools, machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.), and vehicles
-Ensuring proper maintenance and safe operation of equipment.
-Communicating with homeowners to understand their vision and expectations
-Addressing client concerns or change requests professionally
-Providing updates on project timelines and progress
-Ensuring projects are completed on time
-Enforcing safety procedures, including PPE use and safe operation of tools
Must have experience with ladders, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, saws, pulling trailers, etc. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for the majority of the labor while leading a helper or two. Must be presentable, hard working, trustworthy, on time and drug free. We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone, so if you can't be any of those things, don't waste our time.
