We are looking for a dependable and compassionate crew leader/foreman/crew chief to lead a team of 5- 10 workers in delivering high-quality landscaping services in a respectful and peaceful environment. This is more than just a job- its a chance to make a meaningful impact everyday. Your role as a crew leader you would be responsible for: leading and motivating a crew of 5 - 10 workers, ensuring all work is done completed efficiently, safely and to high standards, coordinating daily tasks, tools and logistics, performing and overseeing physical labor in all weather conditions, maintaining a respectful and compassionate presence appropriate for a cemetery setting and communicating with management and team members effectively. REQUIREMENTS: prior experience as a foreman, crew leader, or similar leadership role. MUST HAVE BACHKOE EXPERIENCE. Ability to perform physical labor outdoor work in all weather conditions, strong attention to detail and time management. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Professional, compassionate demeanor at all times. Speaking Spanish is a strong plus.
