Lawn Care Specialist Job Requirements:
Experience in all aspects of lawn maintenance including use of mowers, trimers, blowers and other lawn tools.
Able to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs
Able to work in a a physically demanding job
Able to work in all weather conditions. Rain or Shine
Possess a full valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must be able to work independently
Must enjoy working outdoors
Field Supervisor Job Requirements:
Able to and willing to perform all requirements of Lawn Care Specialist
Assist the owner in managing day-to-day operations
Delegate tasks
Follow set deadlines
Assist owner with team schedules and requests
Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
