General gardening, planting ground cover and flowers, weeding, ect No lawn. Prefer high school(16 or older) or college student, some gardening experience. $25/hour, $50 bonus after 10 hours if the person is a hard worker. 2 references required, from previous employment or character references. Flexible hours, 10 to 20 at first, then weekly upkeep after that ( triming, raking, fertilizing, etc.) Probably just an hour or two per week after major jobs are completed. Estimate 10 to 20 hours upfront ( flexible) then 1 or 2 hours per week. Private employer.
