We are looking to hire a CREW LEADER with efficient knowledge of operating heavy equipment. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! Must have working and abundant knowledge of operating excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, loader, and tractor.
Applicant MUST be able to work independently while managing other employees on the job site. Scope of work will range from heavy land clearing, grading, mulching, digging ponds, constructing driveways, and building house pads.

Pay will be based on experience and it will be hourly. There will be an evaluation period of how well you perform and run equipment, once this period is over there may be opportunity for an increase in pay based on how well you perform the job.
DUTIES include but not limited to:
- Operating skid steer, loader, tractor or excavator
- Manual labor such as shoveling, raking, picking up debris that cannot be picked up with equipment, inside and outside demolition jobs, and chain saw work
- Servicing equipment and shop clean up days
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic. We work in all kinds of weather. If you do not do well working in the heat or cold, this is probably not a good fit for you.
HOURS: Typically, Monday-Friday. Start and end time depends on job, but hours are usually 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.
There will be times when we work Saturdays
