The Mirabai Devi Team is seeking one skilled administrative individual to come onboard to fill the position of Office Administration Assistant. This is a remote, work from home, part-time position.
This work is to support the Mission of a Global Spiritual Teacher. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in administration, including:
Calendar administration
Client bookings and communications
Assist with virtual and in-person programs
Administer field volunteer teams
Maintaining office systems to achieve organizational objectives.
The individual who fills this position will support the Office Operations Lead. Possible opportunity as a future Executive Administrative Assistant.
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, can work independently while closely liaising with team members, has excellent communication and customer service skills, enjoys working with enthusiastic individuals and working with a team remotely, and enjoys networking within a national and international community.
This individual has creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills, attention to details and great organizational skills, is deadline and goal oriented, has sound judgment in decision making, has a flexible, easy-going, caring nature and is able to multitask. This candidate must have office and administrative skills along with prior relevant experience.
This position for Mirabai's organization is part-time with 5-6 hours per week and the individual is willing to be available on some weekends. USA based is necessary for time zone success. Candidates must have their own computer and be proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs., Google Sheets and Google Calendar) and have the ability to Zoom.
