Our company is looking for a highly organized personal assistant for our President, preferably with non-fiction writing and/or editing skills. Additional marketing skills would be a plus.

We have developed a remarkable natural healthcare product that is changing medicine - a manual physical therapy that replaces surgery for adhesions (internal scars.) Several studies have been published on this work; it's now time to bring it to the attention of the world.

The therapy has been cited for replacing surgery for chronic pain and female infertility. It has been show to open blocked fallopian tubes and to clear life-threatening bowel obstructions. I am presently completing two books; we need to distribute one or two press releases per month. I hope to find an organized assistant with excellent skills in grammar and writing to assist in completing these in a timely, organized manner. Additional helpful skills (not required) would be knowledge in marketing and/or Photoshop.

At Clear Passage Therapies (www.clearpassage.com), our business and our business opportunities are growing rapidly. As President, I am involved in multiple projects at a time. I need someone to help me keep my projects organized and on track. Projects in need of organizational tracking range widely from creating and promoting this natural healthcare product, to marketing to research, to helping edit a new book, organizing projects, etc. The job can be very exciting; we tend to garner national and international press. In my background, I have authored several books and directed large art exhibitions for the city of San Francisco. Thus, I am comfortable working closely with accomplished writers and artists.

Several of the projects for our company, involve marketing and PR, including writing/editing, creating artwork in Photoshop, or shooting films, so any work in these areas would be a plus, though not required. Other useful organizational skills would be a plus. You might find yourself preparing documents for a FOX-TV news producer one day, then helping organize old files or occasionally placing items on eBay the next.

Initially, you would work with me to get a sense of everything that me and my company are doing. Sometimes, you would be working at our beautiful physical therapy clinic in the Millhopper area of Gainesville, FL, behind Las Margaritas restaurant. At other times, you might work with me and my staff at the home where my (physical therapist) wife and I have lived for 40 years, on Lake Santa Fe, a half-hour east of Gainesville.

The backbone of your work would be organizational in nature, with writing, editing and marketing skills being secondary skills. Tertiary skills might include graphics, or even filmmaking (we do a lot of educational videos for our website.) Thus, if you are highly organized, willing to work in an exciting healthcare setting and also enjoy writing, and editing, this job would suit you.

This is a professional clerical and organizational position, especially suited to a person with writing/editing skills. Your work environment will be dynamic, exciting, friendly, and will sometimes challenge your organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 hour, with additional benefits after 90 days
