Property Management company is seeking a dynamic and positive person as an Executive Assistant. 20-30 hours per week. Must have basic accounting, Microsoft Office and other software experience.
Duties will include: Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Mail processing and sorting. Paying invoices, posting deposits, and reconciling bank accounts.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Associate Degree in Business preferred
