Customers first point of contact
The friendly voice of ADT
Trouble shooting their problems and providing technical support
Multitask across systems and applications
Analyze and resolve technical issues
Comfortably navigate customer problems over the phone.
Listening to our customers and use your deductive reasoning skills, technical expertise, creativity and passion for helping to meet their needs
Provide an incredible customer experience
Attend extensive Training classes
Working with your manager on the same shift each week
Consistently working the same shift
Scheduling:
We are currently hiring for Morning, Mid-day and Overnight shifts
This position has various scheduling options available including morning shifts working a Saturday, and later shifts with weekends off
Compensation:
$14.12 per hour to $16.81 per hour depending on call center experience, plus a 10% shift differential if applicable
Orientation and Training:
Orientation and training for this position will be for 6 weeks
Paid training - Monday - Friday
Opportunity for Career Progression:

Basic qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
Technical aptitude, problem solving skills
Successful completion of online pre-employment assessment
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree preferred
Call center experience highly preferred
Technical experience preferred
