Skilled, heavy equipment mechanic needed for all minor repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment, trailers, fleet trucks and dump trucks.
Plans and heads the operations of the company's garage and other jobsites as necessary.
Assures accuracy of parts inventories and inventory on trucks and equipment.
Repair, service and maintenance of company vehicles.
Routine maintenance for vehicles and repair vehicles offsite when necessary.
Be able to oversee scheduling of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Must have a good attitude and be able to work well with all employees.
Must be able to provide vehicle maintenance records for insurance compliance.
Communication and organizational skills are a MUST.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Valid FL driver’s license – CDL preferred.
