Description If you are an organized, detail-oriented, and highly analytical individual with a knack for ensuring financial accuracy, we would love to hear from you!We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will handle Handle a large volume of accounts payable for various business units.Key Responsibilities:
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before processing.
Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis.
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
Perform monthly reconciliations.
Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform data entry associated with Accounts Payable.
Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
Ensure timely payment of invoices.
Prepare and perform check runs.
Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting or Finance, preferred
Proven working experience as an accounts payable specialist or accounts payable clerk
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Proficient in MS Office suites and accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
