Participate to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

Sets out schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

Cooperates and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders

Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, DevOps, and Product Owner- Steers project planning

Contributes to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards

Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status

Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions

Closely cooperating with the Product Owner/Product Manager, QA Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Specialist

Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief

Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable

Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments

Behaves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

Requirements - Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

Technical experience including JIRA or similar application and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.)

Knowledge of Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects

Experience in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
