The Admissions Specialist is responsible for leading campus outreach initiative and meeting enrollment targets.The ideal Admissions Specialist will love working with parents, leading community outreach initiatives, and managing the entire enrollment process from the very first family contact through their start on campus.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :Implement aggressive strategies to increase lead volume through phone calls, emails, and community outreach.Organize and attend weekend events to boost visibility and direct engagement with potential families.Focus on converting inquiries and tours into enrollments by delivering compelling presentations and follow-ups.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the enrollment process.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community groups and educational organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.Interfacing with parents to build community, answer questions, and resolve any concerns that may ariseMaintaining social media accountsWhat we offer :Ongoing professional developmentA network of supportive peers and mentors who regularly share best practicesCareer growth and promotion opportunitiesA competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays100% tuition discount for two children at any school within our network (we serve children 3 months through 12th grade)The opportunity to contribute to a high-quality educational program that serves the individual needs of each childWe'd love to talk to you if you possess :A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) (preferred)Marketing or CRM experienceAn affinity for connecting with peopleStrong organizational skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on resultsFacility with computer systemsA high degree of personal initiativeWe'd prefer you over other candidates if you have :Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program or School Director for a preschoolFamiliarity with the Montessori method of educationKnowledge of the local community that will inform marketing effortHigher Ground Education, Guidepost Montessori, and Academy of Thought and Industry are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
