5th HQ -Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and organized Packaging & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that orders are accurately processed, packaged, and shipped on time to meet high customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual (English / Spanish), and has at least 1 year of experience in the packaging, fulfillment, or logistics industry.Key Responsibilities :Process, package, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.Collaborate with team members to streamline order processing and meet customer expectations.Maintain an organized supply area, ensuring that all materials and finished goods are accurately tracked and ready for fulfillment.Coordinate with logistics staff and vendors to ensure packages are correctly prepared and shipped on schedule.Adhere to cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.Minimum Qualifications :High school diploma (preferred).Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in packaging, fulfillment, or logistics.Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.Excellent customer communication skills.Comfortable with computer systems for tracking and inventory management.Schedule :Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
