The Administrator will partner with peer administrative teams to maintain standards, gold images, environment documentation and configuration management. Also, responsible for proactively monitoring of system capacity, utilization, and performance to avoid negative business impact. The Administrator provides support for the environments they support.Specialized Skills and TechnologiesExperience with Saviynt IGA Platform (v2023 or higher) Configuration, Maintenance, Support and Endpoint IntegrationExperience with connectivity standards such as REST API, XML, LDAP, SOAP, and SCIMProven Experience Leading and Integrating Applications onto IGA solutions with various integration methods – Such as Pre-Built Connectors, Cloud connectors, Custom connectors RESTful API Connectors, Custom Java Connectors, File Based Integrations (Flat Files, SFTP), Database integration (JDBCODBC) Direct Application integrations Native SDKs / APIs, Message Queues (MQ)Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as SOPs, design documents, operational drawings, manuals, etc.Scripting experience in either PowerShell, Python or JavaScriptExperience in languages such as .NET or Java demonstrating ability to configure and manage connections with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash or PythonExperience with developer tools such as GitHubExperience using patch management solution such as Microsoft SCCM (MECM)Experience in an environment supporting 300+ production Microsoft Windows serversExperience in providing support and maintenance of Linux operating systemsExperience supporting VMware and technologies through various training opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to enhance processes, procedures and policies relating to administrative functionParticipate in on call rotationProvide (development, test, production)Configure and manage enterprise environments in line with our corporate standards and guidelinesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve operating system, hardware related incidents either hardware or software relatedMaintain knowledge of vendor technology and solutionsProfessional level understanding of a wide variety of systems and how they interact as to provide a complete service to the customers that meet business requirementsProvide support of enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery and high availabilityDevelop reporting of storage utilization, capacity, and trendingTrack backup job success / failure with a goal to minimize failuresMaintain and enhance related computing environments and platforms such as cloud and on premise virtual and physical server hardware, operating systems, applications software, and all configurationsDemonstrate professional level experience in diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve : hardware, software or other problems, and correct when necessaryMonitor the performance of computer systems and hardwareCoordinate and implement appropriate security measures to protect data, software, and hardwareLifecycle and
