The ideal candidate will come with 2+ years of experience. This is a part-time, onsite (3x's a week- Tues., Wed., Thurs.) contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension . Compensation for this position is expected to be $18-20 / hour depending on experience level and fit.What You’ll Do :Handle artwork adaptation, mechanical production, photo retouching / manipulation, and pre-press tasksAssist Director of Merchandising with setting up product in the corporate officeEnsuring integrity of design intent throughout the production processCreating brand guides and laying out digital representations of productsPhoto retouching, image manipulation, and product rendersObtaining, understanding, and implementing print / production specifications for each jobBuilding final files for internal review and release to vendorsVerifying accuracy of copy, regulated package elementsOrganizing and maintaining production files and master art as neededWhat You’ll Need :Education / Experience :Associate's degree in design or certificate in related fieldAdobe Creative Suite is a must - InDesign, Photoshop etc.2-3 years of experience (can include internships and 1 year of TRUE professional production experience)
