Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.Job Summary:Liaise with Flight Operations Management and Government Representatives to coordinate all flight-related matters.Responsibilities:+Attend weekly scheduling meetings+Monitor and provide inputs to the command’s simulator modification plan to include training impacts+Develop and update Minimum Essential Subsystem Lists (MESL) as required+Attend weekly training review boards+Scheduling/committing of contracted instructor personnel+Assist with Program Management duties, as necessary, during Program Manager’s (PM) absence to ensure smooth training flow+Ensure all deliverables are fulfilled on time including required information+Travel, as required+Perform other duties, as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Ten (10) years of AFSOC experience, of which seven (7) yearsemploying AFSOC aircraft; and former AFSOC aircrew instructor
The followingare highly desirable, but not required: two (2) years of AFSOC/AETC FormalTraining Unit experience and MAJCOM or higher staff tour
