Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable leader to spearhead our Census Collection team. This role is crucial to ensuring the accurate and efficient gathering of employee census data (W-4 information) to calculate tax savings and allocate benefits. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in payroll systems, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Census Collection team to ensure timely and accurate employee data gathering.
Collaborate with employers to collect or create census data, including pulling reports from payroll systems.
Leverage advanced knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll) to assist employers in retrieving and organizing data.
Build lasting relationships with employers to streamline census collection processes.
Contribute to broader operational goals, such as:
Supporting commission calculations and billing processes.
Entering SIMERP codes into payroll systems.
Continuously refine census collection workflows and employer onboarding procedures.

Qualifications
Extensive experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, or Workday.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to guide employers through complex data processes.
Familiarity with benefits administration and tax-saving programs is a plus.
