Description: Growing CPA firm in need of an experienced accountant and tax preparer.
We are currently seeking an energetic, dependable, detail-oriented team player.
We are paperless firm with partial remote work available, can be fully remote after on site training period.
Duties:
Bookkeeping: monthly, quarterly or annually Review client accounting monthly, quarterly or annually
Manage and maintain Fixed Assets Module (set up, depreciation, etc.)
End of month/quarter/year processes and reports Preparation of Florida sales tax Preparation of quarterly and annual payroll tax returns/reports
Tax preparation of 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990s,and 1041 returns.
Preparation of DR405 Tangible Tax Returns
Requirements:
3+ years experience at CPA firm
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Proseries experience a plus
Compensation:
$50,000-$90,000 Depending on experience and education

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 6:00PM Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM
