FLOATING PROPERTY MANAGER WITH LIVING QUARTERS FOR SELF STORAGE AND U-HAUL BUSINESS
We have an immediate opening for a highly experienced, highly energetic Floating Property Manager to assist in running a self-storage facility and U-Haul business in Duval County. Floating Property Manager will reside on-site and provide superior customer service, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers. The position is full time at 30 hours per week, working at 3 properties.
You must be able to have the energy to complete a multitude of daily tasks. Floating Property Manager will share property and office duties to ensure that office, grounds, and buildings are at the quality standards we can all be proud of.
Qualifications:
Manager must be energetic, outgoing, and deliver service with a smile.
Manager must be organized and detailed oriented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Manager must have strong problem solving and time management skills.
Manager must be comfortable performing computerized transactions throughout the day and learning new software programs.
Manager must be physically able to perform office/grounds cleanup and basic maintenance.
Manager must have previous applicable experience. Leasing, collections, computer, self-storage, property management, U-Haul rental experience helpful.
Excellent compensation package including bonus incentive & benefits, as well as apartment, utilities, and more. Hours and pay rate negotiable and based on experience.
