FULL TIME RELIEF MANAGER FOR SELF STORAGE/UHAUL TRUCK RENTAL
We have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated SELF-STORAGE RELIEF MANAGER AT OUR PREMIER SELF STORAGE PROPERTY in East Jacksonville.
We need an experienced professional to live in our well-appointed, on-site,
2-bedroom apartment and manage a busy SELF-STORAGE property with Truck Rentals.
Compensation package consists of competitive hourly rate, apartment, utilities, gas allowance, and multi-tiered monthly bonus incentive. Paid vacation, personal days, employee paid health insurance, 401K, and other benefits are offered.
-Must be energetic, good at multi-tasking, and flexible to change.
-Must be friendly, helpful, and professional on the phone as well as in person.
-Should have leasing, collections, computer, banking, and marketing abilities.
-Should be proficient in technology applications such as StorEdge, Microsoft Outlook & Office.
-Truck rental knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to: cleaning vacated storage units, keeping property free of trash/litter, and other maintenance as needed.
-This is a 40-hour per week opportunity.
-We prefer experience in self-storage; or in retirement, assisted living, apartment, or mobile home community management.
This position is FULL TIME working in the office as well as maintaining the grounds.
