The Discovery Tree Academy is looking to expand our program! We are seeking full time and part time teachers who would be excited to join our established team of enthusiastic teachers. We are a Gold Seal, nationally accredited early child care center with locations near the Oakleaf Town Center and San Pablo and Beach Blvd.
We are looking for candidates who have experience working in an early child care center and are passionate about positively impacting the lives of our community's most precious members, our children.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO START: 45 hours of DCF training, CDA and or degree in Early Childhood, CPR and First Aid.
Interested individuals must provide a current copy of DCF transcript showing CDA and or Degree along with completed 45 hours of DCF training at the interview.
Responsibilities and Duties
writing and executing age appropriate lesson plans
following a daily schedule
developing children's portfolios
holding parent conferences

Benefits
One Time Bonus of $200-
$100 payable after the first 90 days of employment & $100 payable after a total of 120 days of employment.
