Description We're looking for an IT Business Analyst with Agile/Scrum experience and an understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering requirements, interfacing with stakeholders, and guiding projects through the SDLC stages. Please apply online for immediate consideration.Requirements Agile/Scrum Expertise: 5+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including a deep understanding of user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development.Requirements Champion: Proven ability to gather and document business requirements clearly, concisely, and accurately. Experience eliciting requirements through various techniques like workshops, interviews, and user observation.Communication Master: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration.Technical Proficiency: A strong track record of translating business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
