We have oversight to the various teams and functions within the Transformation organization. We look after the progress and processes to help things run as efficiently as possible. Part of our functions includes working with these teams to develop plans for delivering the message to all the other groups within Capital Markets and helps drive our overall adoption. Join our team todayAbout the role:As a Business Process Analyst, you'll have an exciting chance to create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations. The primary focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.What you'll be doing:Consult with teams to help increase corporate memory and organizational intelligence, smooth knowledge transfer, reduce misinformation/information pollution, and ensure content is easily searchable/findableUtilize a combination of Office tools, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage, to increase collaboration and engagementCreate and edit information pages while implementing SharePoint sites and news articles in support of projectsHelp teams effectively use Confluence wikis for knowledge management while implementing Confluence spacesDocument playbooks that empower teams to create, share, and maintain content effectivelyCoach project teams and help them reach their objectives by using multiple skillsets to increase adoption of processes and tools and increase the project's chances of success.Help teams target their communications to the right audiences and use the right tools for the job.Location: Jacksonville, FLWhat you bring:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceAbility to increase adoption of new processes and persuade others on the best approach to takeExperience with PowerPoint, VivaEngage, PoliteMail, SharePoint, ConfluenceAdvanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience creating professional content and presentationsExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processesKnowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in business process development, documentation and re-engineeringWhat we offer you:At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
