Position:Business Systems AnalystJob Description:SUMMARY Works on the implementations team for ICE's (FKA Black Knight) Bankruptcy & Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Central (Payment Change Notification, Proof of Claim, Bankruptcy Ledger, Bankruptcy Case Activation, Bankruptcy Trustee Payment Processing) product suite. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in bankruptcy processing and knowledge of preparing and filing bankruptcy proof of claims. This position is responsible for collecting functional requirements, setting up test environments and working directly with the client through testing, go-live and training.LOCATION
Jacksonville, FL
Hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite required. Monday and Friday work from home
RESPONSIBILITIES
Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology, or regulations related to system design or enhancements that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications
Creates detailed functional requirements from which coding and/or configurations will be written and implemented.
Analyzes system impacts to client environments and procedures and provides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology accordingly
Assists client in writing test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements made to applications meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained
Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests through the use of Excel
Consults directly with the client and may travel to the client site
Plays a key role in the training of client and technical support personnel on enhancements, new systems, or product-specific procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 7+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience
In-depth bankruptcy processing experience
Experience working in MSP
Understanding of preparing and filing bankruptcy proof of claims
Experience working in ICE’s Bankruptcy and Foreclosure application (FKA LoanSphere BK/FC, Process Management)
Strong Excel experience with the ability to do formulas, functions, v-lookups, etc.
Ability to travel up to 10% to client site
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Software implementation experience
Experience working in a technical or functional client facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
Proficiency in application testing and quality management methods, tools, and technologies
