AECOM is currently seeking a well experienced CEI Senior Project Engineer to support our local projects within the Jacksonville, FL region.ABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:Directing a highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection programPlanning and organizing the work of subordinate and staff membersDeveloping and/or reviewing policies, methods, practices, and proceduresReviewing programs for conformance with Department standardsSupports, oversees and coordinates engineering production activities for an operating unitMakes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritativeInitiates and maintains contact with senior-level management within the company and is skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issuesSupervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limitsDirecting a highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection programPlanning and organizing the work of subordinate and staff membersDeveloping and/or reviewing policies, methods, practices, and proceduresReviewing programs for conformance with Department standardsUnder minimal supervision, performs complex duties utilizing advanced techniques and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and methodsAssumes lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support staffInitiates and maintains contact with senior-level management within the company and is skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues. At this level, the individual will have demonstrated understanding of project delivery requirements, creativity, foresight, working with a multi-disciplinary team to meet project goals and deliver high quality technical excellenceSupervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits
