RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Citizen Developer.
Responsibilities:
The Citizen Developer is responsible for dashboard development, KPI management, and managing business reporting systems using Teams, SharePoint, SQL, Reporting Services, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure and other Microsoft Business Intelligence tools
Work as a Power Platform specialist conducting a wide range of power platform projects, to drive the full and correct technology adoption and solution development
Provide the necessary guidance, analysis, and design tasks related to the design and development of citizen development and automation solutions
As a Citizen Developer, you will own the solution specification and be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution leveraging API's, SQL, Azure, NetSuite and various other data sources
Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and guide the design of the corresponding Power Platform solution
Develop end-to-end solutions within Microsoft citizen development ecosystem and other automation technologies, including Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow and Automation Anywhere
Participate in the design of best practices related to the usage of enterprise data for Power BI and Power Apps
Be the Process Excellence Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Citizen Development, supporting adoption of citizen development tools through education, and lunch & learn sessions
The Citizen Developer will execute the collection of data and information to support Six Sigma Black and Green Belt projects; In some instances, develop the PC-based tools needed to capture data, information, and project tools to ensure initiatives are successful
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality, possess a professional demeanor, and exercise discretion at all times
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and outside clients
Advanced knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette
Ability to balance multiple priorities and to work under tight deadlines while providing consistent and professional service with a variety of administrative concepts, practices, and procedures
Accurate and efficient Computer Power User with various software programs including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI or similar software packages
Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization strategic plans and competitive advantages to include: its employees, work processes, operations, sales, procurement, and other vital business departments
