Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter & Cleaner to join our team. This role involves painting commercial properties and performing cleaning tasks such as cobweb removal, primarily focusing on working at heights. The ideal candidate must have experience working with aerial work platforms, such as scissor lifts, and a strong attention to detail to ensure quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to commercial buildings and interior and exterior surfaces.
-Safely operate scissor lifts, ladders, and other elevated platforms to access high areas.
-Clean and remove cobwebs, dust, and other debris from high ceilings, beams, windows, and hard-to-reach places.
-Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, and priming as needed.
-Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and organized, following all safety protocols.
-Perform routine maintenance and care of equipment used for painting and cleaning tasks.
-Work efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a painter in a commercial setting.
-Experience working at heights using scissor lifts, ladders, or other high-access equipment.
-Ability to safely clean high areas and remove cobwebs in hard-to-reach places.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Good physical fitness and stamina to handle physically demanding tasks.
